Q: Who actually builds the product seniors or juniors?

Senior engineers on every project. We don't run a model where sales handles you and juniors build your product. The engineers who scope your project are the engineers who build it. We cap at 2 Sprint projects per month specifically to maintain this standard.

Q: What happens if scope changes mid-sprint?

Scope is locked after week 1 sign-off this is what keeps the timeline predictable and the price fixed. Small clarifications are absorbed as normal. If you discover a genuinely new requirement mid-sprint, we scope it as a post-launch addition (usually delivered within 1-2 weeks after handover) at an agreed fixed cost.

Q: Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. Many of our best clients are non-technical founders and business owners. We run the process you make the product decisions. Our weekly demos are designed for non-technical stakeholders. The code we hand over is clean and documented enough for any developer you hire later to understand immediately.

Q: What tech stack do you use and can we hire on it later?

If you hire a developer after the sprint, they'll be able to open the codebase and understand it on day one.

About 4 hours total: a 1-hour kickoff call, four 30-minute weekly demos, and async Slack feedback in between. We work around your schedule. You won't need to be available daily just responsive to specific questions when they come up.
